About Insphere Ideas

Built by people who
work on the floor.

A manufacturing-software and engineering company in Bengaluru — building the systems precision manufacturers actually run on, from inside the factory rather than the boardroom.

01 — Who we are

Manufacturing
intelligence,
engineered.

Insphere Ideas Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturing-software and engineering company based in Bengaluru, India. We serve manufacturers at the edge of precision — aerospace, defence, automotive supply, and precision machining and fabrication — where tolerance, traceability, and on-time delivery are requirements, not targets.

We don't build generic business software and hope it fits a factory. We build for the shop floor first: the constraints, the exceptions, and the physical reality that most enterprise tools quietly ignore. That focus is the whole company.

02 — What we believe

Principle 01

Detect reality, don't just record it

Most software stores what people decide. Good factory software observes what is actually true on the floor — and acts on it.

Principle 02

Augment, never rip-and-replace

Your ERP stays. We add the quality, compliance, and maintenance system of record on top of it — nothing torn out, everything gained.

Principle 03

Standards are the floor, not the ceiling

ISO 9001, AS9100, and IATF 16949 are where we start. Provable clause coverage is the baseline, not the finish line.

Principle 04

Your data stays yours

Built on open foundations, self-hostable, with a clean API. No lock-in, no hostage-taking — your records belong to you.

Principle 05

Built in a factory, not a boardroom

Every workflow was validated against live production data, not a theoretical process map. If it wouldn't survive the floor, it doesn't ship.

Principle 06

Close every loop

A defect, a finding, a breakdown — each drives a root-cause investigation to a verified fix. Nothing dies in an email thread.

Conceived on
a live shop floor.
Not on
a whiteboard.

Our software grew up inside an active aerospace precision-parts facility in Bengaluru. Its workflows, constraints, and alerts were shaped by real production data — the messy, exception-heavy reality of a working plant.

That upbringing is why we handle what generic tools cannot: customer-supplied materials, job-work compliance, multi-level traceability on tight-tolerance parts, and biometric-driven scheduling.

When you see our work in a demo, you're seeing a system that has already earned its place on a factory floor.

Let's map it to your process.

Bring one real workflow — an inspection, an audit, an asset's lifecycle — and we'll show you how it runs on top of the ERP you already have.
