Reality changes → System detects → System decides → Human confirms exceptions.

BISE OS · Manufacturing Operating SystemThe factory
knows itself.
BISE OS is not an ERP. It is a live digital twin of your production floor — detecting reality, making decisions, and asking humans only for exceptions.
01 — What is BISE OS
Your ERP records history.
BISE runs the factory.
Standard ERP records what humans decide. BISE OS does the opposite — it detects what is true on the shop floor, acts on that truth, and surfaces only the decisions that genuinely need a human.
Material reservations, work-order sequencing, quality routing, cost accumulation — all automatic. Every physical state has a digital mirror. When reality changes, the system changes with it.
"The factory floor is a living system.
The software should be too."
02 — Capabilities
Six engines.
One system.
No bolt-ons. No integrations to maintain. Every engine feeds every other engine — because that is how a real factory works.
Advanced Planning & Scheduling
The factory floor replans every 15 minutes. Two inputs: priority and delivery date. Everything else is automatic.
Activity-Based Costing
Every rupee — labour, machine, overhead — traced from source to finished item. Rate, efficiency, and idle variance segregated. Nothing hidden.
Quality & Traceability
X / N / R / W disposition. NCR, CAPA, 8D. Full material genealogy from raw stock to despatch — barcode, QR, or RFID.
Engineering Control
ECR → ECN approval. No approved ECN — no production. A hard constraint, not a reminder.
India GST Compliance
e-Invoice, e-Waybill, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, ITC-04. Native — not retrofitted.
Management Intelligence
Seven tiers. ~95 KPIs. From the Chairman's consolidated revenue to the supervisor's live machine status.
03 — The fundamental principle
Systems that detect reality beat systems that record decisions.
Every ERP on the market was designed to help humans record what they decided. That model assumes humans have perfect information. They don't. BISE reads the facts the floor generates every second — a job card completed, an operator checked in, a machine alarmed — makes the routine decisions automatically, and reserves human attention for the judgements that genuinely need it.
The ERP is not a record of what happened. The ERP is the factory — digitally.
Every physical state has a digital mirror. If they diverge, the system is broken.
Material cannot move without traceability. Production cannot start without an ECN.
Built inside
a working factory.
Not a
conference room.
BISE OS was conceived and validated inside an active aerospace precision-parts facility in Bengaluru. Every workflow, constraint, and alert was designed against real production data — not a theoretical process map.
That means it handles what generic ERP cannot: customer-supplied materials, ITC-04 job-work compliance, multi-level traceability on tight-tolerance parts, and biometric-driven scheduling.
When you see BISE OS in a demo, you are seeing a system that already runs live production.
04 — Delivery
SaaS, with your data on your infrastructure
The application server is managed by Insphere; the database runs on your infrastructure. Full data sovereignty — your production data never leaves your control.
A structured, staged go-live
Going live on the core modules typically takes 16–24 weeks, depending on master-data readiness and your team's availability. A detailed timeline comes with the proposal.
See it in motion.
We show BISE OS live — your industry, your workflows. No slides. No hypotheticals.
