The augmentation layer

Your ERP runs the business.
BISE Apps make it conform.

Quality control, an ISO management system, and asset maintenance — as focused apps that sit on top of the ERP you already use. Nothing to replace. Everything to gain.

01 — The problem

Your ERP was never
built to run quality.

Your ERP is good at transactions — purchase, stock, sales, finance. It was never built to run quality inspection, an audit-ready management system, or a maintenance program with real cost visibility. So those live in spreadsheets, disconnected point tools, and people's heads.

When a nonconformance happens, nobody can trace it end to end, and the corrective action dies in an email thread. Ripping out the ERP to fix that is a non-starter. You shouldn't have to.

02 — The idea

Augment,
don't replace.

BISE Apps add the quality, compliance, and maintenance system of record on top of the ERP you already run. Your ERP stays the source of truth for what, where, how many, and which lot. BISE Apps own is it good, is it conforming, is it maintained — and the closed loop when it isn't.

No rip-and-replace

Keep your ERP

SAP, ERPNext, Tally, Dynamics, your homegrown system — whatever you run stays exactly where it is.

Reads your masters

Never re-mastered

Item codes, warehouses, suppliers, customers, and traceability numbers sync in. BISE never re-masters them and never invents a lot number.

Writes back

Closes the loop

Inspection outcomes, nonconformances, and CAPA status can flow back to your ERP — so both systems stay honest.

Two things
every app shares.

1. A built-in closed loop (NCM). Every app can raise a nonconformance and drive it through root-cause (RCA / 8D / Why-Why / Fishbone) to a verified CAPA — with corrective actions tracked as real tasks that must close before the loop does. It's in QC, IMS, and EAM from day one, not a module you bolt on.

2. A shared master layer, synced from your ERP. Items and locations (multi-company, multi-branch) come from your ERP and are shared across every app — so an inspection, an audit finding, and a work order all speak about the same part in the same plant.

A closed loop: detect, investigate, correct, verify, close
One shared spine — every app closes its own loop

04 — Works alone. Better together.

No fragile
integration project.
They just enrich
each other.

Each app does its full job on its own. Install a second, and they connect automatically. If a partner app isn't installed, nothing breaks — each carries a lightweight fallback.

  • A gauge in BISE EAM becomes the calibrated instrument BISE QC inspects with.
  • An inspection result in BISE QC becomes audit evidence in BISE IMS.
  • A maintenance procedure in BISE EAM comes under document control in BISE IMS.
  • A failure in any of them opens the same nonconformance loop.
