Insphere Ideas / Engineering
Engineering ServicesDesign that already knows
how it gets made.
Our engineering is delivered by people who work inside real manufacturing — on the floor, next to the machines. So manufacturability isn't a review gate at the end; it's a constraint from the first sketch.
01 — Our approach
Manufacturability
first — because we
live on the floor.
Most design work fails quietly at the handoff: a part that looks right on screen turns out to be hard to fixture, expensive to machine, or impossible to inspect. We close that gap by engineering from inside an active precision-parts facility — the same environment that shaped our software.
That means every drawing is checked against real tooling, real tolerances, and real inspection methods before it leaves the bench. You get designs that are ready to make, not just ready to admire — with the traceability and quality artifacts a regulated supply chain expects.
"A drawing is a promise to the shop floor.
We only make promises we can keep."
02 — Capabilities
Four disciplines.
One standard.
From a blank page or from an existing part — each engagement is grounded in how the part will actually be produced and verified.
Product Design
Concept-to-production design for precision components and assemblies. We work in the tolerances, materials, and processes your shop already runs — so what we hand over is buildable on day one.
Design for Manufacturing
DFM reviews that catch cost and quality risk before the first cut — fixturing, machining strategy, tolerance stack-up, and inspectability. Fewer surprises, lower scrap, faster ramp.
Prototyping
Functional prototypes made against production intent, not throwaway mock-ups. We iterate on real geometry and real materials so the learning carries straight into the production part.
Reverse Engineering
Recover clean, manufacturable models and drawings from legacy or unspecified parts. We rebuild the intent — dimensions, datums, and specs — so the part can be re-made and controlled.
Engineering that
flows into control.
What we design doesn't stop at the drawing. The outputs of an engagement — drawings, specifications, and characteristics — are exactly the inputs a quality system needs.
When you run BISE Apps alongside our engineering work, those artifacts become live: characteristics feed inspection plans in BISE QC, drawings and specs come under document control in BISE IMS, and every part carries its quality history forward.
Design, make, prove — on one continuous thread.
Bring us a part, a problem, or a print.
Tell us what you're trying to make. We'll tell you — honestly — how to make it well, and what it takes to control it.
